Summer is coming. Now it’s the time for swimsuits shopping. Before buy any swimsuits or swimwear, you have to determine what model you like, based on your personality. I’m a shy girl who like modest swimsuit, so I prefer women’s swimwear one piece model with sarong. That’s why the high neck once piece swimsuit as shown above really suits me.

For women who are bold, funky, and stylish, Bikini will suit you. However, before wear any bikini, you have to do some sit up first to tone your body. I’m too lazy to exercise, so I chose one piece swimwear instead. However, bikini is really appealing. You will looked really sexy if you wear bikini, combined with sunglasses, you will looked fabulous! Oh yeah, don’t forget to choose the nice barthing suit too!

If you have bigger body, there are swimsuits collections by christina swimwear. The sample swimsuit is shown below. The picture shows a girl wear two piece swimsuit, but not the bikini. You can wear the two piece swimsuits that cover your tummy, and you will looked slimmer in that swimsuit! As you can see, the chubby girl who wear that swimsuit looked really fabulous in that swimear.

Summer is near! In June, we will begin to feel the summer breeze and it means to take off your conventional shirt, and wear your favorite tank top and bikini. After toning up your belly, you might to get the accessory for your belly. If you think you have to use belts for accessory, you totally wrong. Believe me, using belly button rings as the accessory for your tummy is a really good idea. Especially if you wear the stylish belly button rings in your toned belly. It will look really good.

To maintain our beauty, we have to do treatments. We can do some treatment in home, however, sometimes it’s better to go to saloon and spa for treatments. If I go to spa, I love manicure, pedicure, massages and lulur (traditional scrub massage from Bali, it really make our skin glowing!). And I also do some hair do if I want to go to a big party. I always amazed when a doctor or x-ray technician examine my body. When I was a child, I also imagine it will be nice to be a x-ray technician , dentist or even doctor, looks like it’s a cool job. However, you can also be a x-ray technician, because they offer great salaries and not really tight working hour.

If you want to be a x-ray technician, you may have to apply for special training. Once you finished your training, you can work in hospital or build the independent clinic.

I found this blog that talking about Bistro MD Review. I’m bit curious, because I haven’t eaten the BistroMD things. However, when I see that blog, I found that this diet method is really interesting. We just need to order the diet meal plan (which is designed by a weight loss doctor), the chef will cook it for you, the delivery boy will deliver the food for your (frozen, but it cooked fresh) and you just need to reheat eat them. People called it “Diet Food Home Delivery” or “Diet to Your Door” for such diet.

The menu shown looks really delicious and it’s just look like too much food a day! However, the menu are just 1200 calories a day. So, they already design them to make their client lose their weight in easy way and we still can eat the delicious food every day.

I wonder if another people have eaten their food. Please share if you are already their costumer. To be honest, I’m interested

It’s horrible if your hair is full of dandruff, especially if you have the dark or even black hair. The tiny little snow flakes keep falling to your cloth and make you looks really messy, even if you’re already dressed up so beauty!

Now I found this cool recipe: remedy for the naughty dandruff!

Rosemary Remedy

Combine 2 tablespoon  rosemary (dried or fresh is okay) and sage in 1 gallon of water and let them blend itself for 24 hour. Now you can just use the water to rinse your hair, easy isn’t it?

Fenugreek Remedy 

Fenugreek Seeds is useful to get out from the dandruff day dilemma. Just put two tablespoon fenugreek seeds and let it soaked overnight in water, but just a little amount (about 12 hour). Now you have the fenugreek mask, just paste them all over your hair and rinse them.

Lemon Remedy

Lemon is really good for getting rid from the oily scalp and hair. Just make the lemon juice, add some water and rinse your hair with it. Your hair will be oil free and you will be free to do any activity you like!
