Foot Aromatherapy

Want to get the smooth and pampered feet? Try Aromatherapy! (Like I did!) It really works to make your feet smooth and reduce some stress level. Now, here is the aromatherapy recipe for your feet! This will work especially if you just come to home, feeling so tired, stressed, sore feet and your feet really need relaxation.
Add about 2 drops of lemongrass oil and 2 drops of spruce oil in 20 ml of base oil. Use it to massage to your feet and get your feet into the hot water.
Another Recipe: To give some energy to your feet add 2 drops of bay oil and 2 drops of lace oil in a large bowl of hot water. Soak your feet in the bowl for about 10 minutes (or more, but no more than 30 minutes!
