It would seem that men believe that jewellery is something that it is best saved for women and that is certainly true when it comes to things like silver jewellery and celtic jewellery. But believe it or not mens jewellery is becoming more and more popular. There could be a large amount of reasons for all of this bt what I think is this.

A lot of bikers seem like they are as hard as nails yet if you look at a lot of them closely they are pierced left right and centre. There are so many biker gangs out there that love to wear all the new jewellery, of course this is the piercings more than anything else but it is still jewellery.

Footballers all seem very keen to be dressed in all of the new jewellery and it is very strange as on them it tends to look a bit silly. However it would seem that a lot of people think this is a bit funny especially with the footballers so perhaps the fad is soon to go?

Well it really doesn’t matter what the general public think as these starts will do whatever they want because their fashion is so different to that of everyone elses.

In fact a lot of celebrities will wear jewellery simply because celebs that are more famous than them are wearing it. It is all to do with the look and getting a bit of support from the general public. One bad movie could actually end it all for an actor and the look actually changed what the public think of the person which is a bit silly. Getting the right look is important too as they want to seem “cool” to the people that are following his work.

So jewellery on men is actually very important as many famous people seem to set trends on these kind of things in the same way that famous women do.
